Returns and exchanges policy
The client shall have a period of 10 days from receipt of their order to return a purchased product. The client must return the products to LOOK UP via a courier (with shipping costs charged to the customer), stating whether they want a product exchange or a refund of the amount, to the following address:

If a refund is requested, www.lookupstore.com will refund the purchase via bank transfer to the account specified by the customer, or by crediting their credit / debit cards.
In the event of a product exchange, www.lookupstore.com will execute this change and send the new product to the customer at no cost to them. The customer may return any item purchased from www.lookupstore.com long as the products have not been used or washed and the original label is intact and in place.
If a product other than that requested by the customer outside of www.lookupstore.com delivered by mistake, we will deliver the right product at no additional charge to the customer.
